My mission is to support purpose-driven women who give deeply to reconnect with their body’s wisdom, recognise the early signs of burnout, and respond with care, clarity, and self-compassion.
Through accessible Kundalini yoga and creative expression, I guide them to take small, consistent steps to rewire unhelpful patterns, heal the root causes of burnout, and make aligned, nourishing choices.
I believe the world needs sensitive, empathetic, and compassionate women to lead and give—but not at the expense of their own wellbeing. Together, we create a path to thriving with confidence, radiance, and authenticity.

Small, Consistent Steps
I know firsthand what it’s like to feel disconnected. In 2018, during my first "proper job" as a teacher, I experienced burnout after 18 months. It completely wiped me out — I couldn't move, think straight, and ended up bed-bound for a few days.
As part of my recovery, I sought out yoga. I tried various styles, and while they were good for movement, my mind was still active, and I found myself constantly comparing myself to others.
Then I discovered Kundalini yoga. After my first class, I experienced something transformative — a quiet mind, a deep connection to myself, and the sense that my body, mind, and spirit were finally aligned. For the first time, I could hear the subtle whispers of my body.
Two months of consistent practice led me to make the life-changing decision to leave the job that had contributed to my burnout. I realised that the job was no longer serving me, and it wasn’t aligned with my soul.
In hindsight, I see that burnout didn’t happen overnight. For months, I had been managing anxiety, poor sleep, mood swings, muscle tension, a poor diet, headaches, and heart palpitations. The signs were there, but I wasn’t listening.
Now, I am in a position to hold space for other women because I have rewired my burnout patterns. My cup is full, and I’m ready to help others as this is what I’m here to do.
It’s my mission to help purpose-driven women who give deeply avoid burnout by reconnecting to the wisdom of their bodies. I want to empower them to listen to the early signs, create a foundation of self-connection, and make aligned choices, so they can nurture their wellbeing and thrive in every area of their life — and thrive in the area they are here to make an impact in. We need empathetic and compassionate women like you in this world!
