Don’t get me wrong, life still ebbs and flows (it’s a total yo-yo), but now I have a toolkit that supports me through both the hard times and the great ones. And I’m not gatekeeping it.
My yoga teacher used to say, “It’s all in the practice,” every time I asked for an answer to some strange feeling I couldn’t explain. Really? That’s it? I used to roll my eyes at that phrase , I’m naturally someone who likes to ‘understand ‘ things. But I’ve since learned that not everything needs to be over-intellectualised. Some things are meant to be felt, witnessed, and released.
My journey toward living with more purpose has been fueled by listening to my body, tapping into my creativity, and gently letting go of the stuck patterns and limiting beliefs that used to weigh me down.
It’s time to put the self-help book down and start exploring your own body ,your embodiment through movement and intuitive art making. Because your body, especially as a woman, is your key to freedom. It’s what helps you break free from the shackles of the mind and step into living from the soul, not the head.
