I am a London based Wellbeing Practitioner, using Kundalini yoga, mindfulness, and creativity to support creative women in reconnecting with their body wisdom, so they can recognise and respond to the subtle signs before they escalate, make aligned choices with confidence, and effortlessly thrive with radiance and abundance.
I love sharing the practices and tools that have supported my own journey—helping me build self-trust, strengthen my connection with my body, and embrace a life of authenticity, joy, and ease.
My path began with struggles in self-acceptance and burnout from constantly seeking external validation. This led to anxiety, fatigue, muscle tension, mood swings, headaches, heart palpitations, and a diminished sense of self-worth. Ignoring these early warning signs, I kept pushing forward until my body demanded that I slow down and truly care for myself.
Discovering Kundalini Yoga was a turning point. It was the first practice that quieted my busy mind and made me feel deeply at home within myself. It awakened my intuition, helped me trust my inner voice, and guided me towards emotional healing. Through Kundalini Yoga, I released suppressed emotions, redefined my understanding of love, and uncovered my natural ability to heal. I was able to dissolve my pattern of low self-worth and began to live in a more aligned, soul-led way.
Studying Ayurveda and Reiki further deepened my connection with my body and provided daily tools for balance and well-being. Now, I navigate life’s ups and downs with greater ease, feeling centred, whole, and grounded. My journey has shown me the power of inner wisdom, and I am passionate about helping others discover the same within themselves.
I am deeply grateful for my teachers and guides, including Rachel Morley at Embodied Reiki Facilitator Training, Charanpal Singh for Kundalini Yoga Level 1 and 2 at Soul Explorer, and my certification as an Ayurveda Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner from the Ayurvedic Institute, London.
We are energy, and understanding this can transform our lives, making us more positive, trusting, and joyful. Energy Healing is a complementary therapy that releases stuck sensations and blockages in the body.
My journey began with Kundalini Yoga, where breathwork, mantra, and kriya changed my daily energy and old thought patterns faded.
Studying Ayurveda taught me how food, lifestyle, and herbs balance our energy (doshas) and nurture our digestive fire. Reiki has been a gentle, supportive energy source, helping me feel connected, positive, relaxed and supported.
These practices have improved my life, making me more trusting, open, and intuitive. With my experience in Ayurveda, Reiki, and Kundalini Yoga, you can trust you are in safe hands working with me.
