About Clara

I am a holistic practitioner, combining Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, and Reiki to help others live joyful, thriving lives full of love. Passionate about continuous learning, I love teaching the practices and tools that have supported my journey of self love ,recognising my magic and knowing that I am enough. 

My path began when I struggled with self-acceptance and burnout from seeking external validation. This led to anxiety and impacted my self-worth. Ignoring warning signs, I pushed myself until my body demanded I slow down and care for myself.

Discovering Kundalini Yoga transformed my life, raising my intuition and allowing me to trust my soul and listen to my heart. This practice helped me release suppressed emotions and decondition my sources of love, revealing my capacity for self-healing.

Studying Ayurveda and Reiki further connected me to my body and provided daily support. Now, I manage life's ups and downs with greater ease, feeling centred, whole, and grounded.

I am grateful for my teachers and guides, including Rachel Morley at Embodied Reiki Facilitator, Charanpal Singh in Kundalini Yoga Level 1 & 2 at Soul Explorer, and my certification as an Ayurveda Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner from the Ayurvedic Institute, London.
