A monthly series of classes honouring the cycles of the moon, supporting you in deepening your connection to inner wisdom by aligning with lunar energy.
When the moon is bright in the sky—during the waxing and full moon phases—we’ll practise Kundalini Yoga, harnessing the active, outward energy of yang for release, movement, and transformation.
As the moonlight fades—during the waning and new moon phases—we’ll turn inward with Yin Yoga, embracing stillness, softness, reflection, and introspection.
Expect 2 Kundalini Yoga Classes , and 2 Yin Yoga Classes and an email outline of the key themes for the month.
